"As a first-generation college student, I understand the transformative power of higher education. As professionals we have the opportunity to positively impact the experience of our campus community and the students we serve. My professional work and research center on empowering others to create lives of meaning, purpose and focus. Often an external consultant, speaker, or trainer can help individuals and teams create a vision for their goals and develop action steps to achieve them. My presentation style is individually tailored and rooted in the established goals of that respective group. At my core, I want each person to understand their role in their own professional development and discover how they can more meaningfully contribute to their campus and community."
